By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase and access our training courses.

By purchasing a course, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

If you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission, you must notify us immediately.

3. Course Access

Once payment has been successfully received, you will be granted access to your purchased course(s).

Your purchase includes 6 months' access from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the course description.

All courses are licensed for individual personal use only.

Your course licence is:

• Non-transferable.
• Non-refundable (subject to applicable consumer law).
• Intended for a single user only.

You must not:

• Share your login details.
• Allow another person to access your account.
• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any course material.
• Record, screen record or download course videos unless expressly permitted.
• Upload any part of our training to websites, cloud storage, social media platforms or file-sharing services.
• Upload our course content to artificial intelligence tools or platforms for reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without our written permission.

We reserve the right to monitor account activity. If multiple users are found accessing a single account, we may suspend or permanently terminate access without refund.

Access will automatically expire after six months unless an extension has been granted by Uzma Rafiq Training.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers.

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

• The payment method belongs to you or you have permission to use it.
• Your billing information is accurate.
• You authorise us to charge the stated amount.

We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Digital Content & Refund Policy

Our courses are supplied as digital content.

By purchasing a course and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that your course content will be made available immediately.

Due to the digital nature of our training, all sales are generally final and refunds will only be provided where required under applicable consumer law.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through Uzma Rafiq Training, including but not limited to:

• Videos
• Course materials
• Downloads
• Images
• Photographs
• Text
• Graphics
• Branding
• Logos
• Worksheets
• Training resources

remains the intellectual property of Uzma Rafiq Training.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Any unauthorised copying, recording, downloading, screen recording, sharing or distribution of our content may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where appropriate.

7. Student Conduct

We strive to provide a positive learning environment.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any student who:

• Shares course content unlawfully.
• Shares login credentials.
• Attempts to copy or distribute training materials.
• Uses the platform fraudulently or unlawfully.
• Behaves abusively towards our staff or other users.

Termination under these circumstances will not entitle the student to a refund.

8. Results Disclaimer

Our courses are designed to teach professional hairstyling techniques based on Uzma Rafiq's knowledge and experience gained over more than 20 years in the industry.

While our training is intended to help students develop valuable skills and confidence, we cannot guarantee individual business success, employment, client bookings or financial outcomes. Results will vary depending on each student's commitment, practice and personal circumstances.

9. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection, compatible device and up-to-date web browser capable of accessing the online training platform.

We are not responsible for issues caused by a student's own equipment or internet connection.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and training platform available at all times.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend the website temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

Course content may also be updated or improved during your access period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uzma Rafiq Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business opportunities or data arising from the use of our website or training platform.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant course.

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, government action, power failures or technical failures affecting third-party providers.
